On a gorgeous summer day in August, Maria and Patrick said “I do” surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Buena Vista, Colorado. The Barn at Sunset Ranch provided the perfect backdrop for the day with sweeping mountain views for the ceremony and a warm, inviting barn for the reception.

The bridesmaids wore mismatched colorful dresses, creating a gorgeous palette that paired beautifully with the bright, seasonal florals. What was even more fun about this wedding party, the sister of the bride was the lead photographer on the day! When I first heard this, I thought, “how in the world will this work?” But along with having a talented second shooter, it was so fun to see Maria’s sister/Maid of Honor, stand behind the camera in her beautiful yellow dress and take photos of the happy couple!
