    • Personalized venue and vendor recommendations tailored to your style and budget. Assistance with sourcing décor and rentals, review contracts, and be the main point of contact with vendors from start to finish

    • Comprehensive wedding planning checklist with date-specific tasks

    • Budget management, tracking and distribution of final payments

    • Creation of a personalized and detailed wedding day timeline and custom room layout/diagram for event

    • Attend key vendor meetings including tasting, design meeting, final venue walk-thru, etc.

    • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding

    • Full use of wedding day emergency kit

All of the big decisions have been made! You’ve gotten your venue, vendors and a lot of the details taken care of and now it is time to enjoy the wedding that you have worked so hard to plan. That’s where we step in! 4 months prior to the wedding, we will start working on your day to make it stress free and fun and most importantly, the day you have been dreaming of!

    • 3 in person or virtual meetings to discuss all planning details

    • Be the main point of contact for all your vendors 1 month prior to and on day of the wedding

    • Attendance at your final venue walkthrough

    • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding

Micro Wedding Package

Have you always dreamed of having a more intimate wedding? One that you can focus on being with your family and close friends through out the evening? A micro wedding is perfect for the couple that wishes to include all the elements of a traditional wedding day, but on a smaller scale and a more personal level. This planning package is designed for a guest size of 10-40 people and includes all of the details to help plan your perfect intimate Colorado wedding day.

    • Access to Vendor Recommendation List

    • 2-3 in person or virtual meetings to discuss all planning details

    • Be the main point of contact for all your vendors 1 month prior to and on day of the wedding

    • Attendance at your final venue walkthrough (depending on location)

    • Creation of a personalized and detailed wedding day timeline and custom room layout/diagram for event

    • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding

    • Full use of wedding day emergency kit
